HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION
We collect the following types of ordinary information about you:
We ask for certain information such as your username, first and last name, birthdate, phone number, IP Adress and e-mail address when you register for a SOUNDBOKS account or seek to purchase a product from us, or if you correspond with us. We may also retain any messages you send through the Service and may collect information you provide in content you post to the Service or during or correspondence with us.
We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service, as well as to communicate directly with you, such as to send you email messages and push notifications, or provide you our products or your purchases. We may also send you Service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, order confirmations, change or updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Soundboks uses personal data in connection with marketing including targeted marketing in order for us to communicate with you. The targeted marketing and communication include newsletters and promotion of current and future campaigns including promotion of new products. Soundboks only process ordinary personal data including name, job-position, address, email, telephone, etc.
The personal data which Soundboks processes comes from you e.g. personal data from your email signature or personal data obtained from publicly available sources e.g. form Social Media. The personal data can also be obtained through the use of the Soundboks website.
The legal basis for processing personal data is GDPR Article 6.1.f. The legitimate interests Soundboks pursues are marketing interests.
If you have subscribed to the Soundboks Newsletter, we will keep your personal data as long as you receive the Newsletter from us and we will delete your personal data within 12 months after you unsubscribe from the Newsletter.
Soundboks treats and processes your personal data confidentially and does not pass on the data to third parties, outside our business processes, and without prober Data Protection Agreements.

We automatically collect certain types of usage information when you visit our website or use webshop. When you visit the webshop, we may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. A cookie may also convey information to us about how you use the webshop (e.g., the pages you view, the links you click, how frequently you access the Service, and other actions you take on the webshop), and allow us to track your usage of the Webshop over time. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service. We may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Webshop. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your use of third party applications, and other information that assists us in analyzing and improving the Webshop.
When you access our Webshop by or through a mobile device, we may receive or collect and store a unique identification numbers associated with your device (“Device ID”), mobile carrier, device type and manufacturer, phone number, and, depending on your mobile device settings, your geographical location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device.

Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the community, such as User Content, becomes available to the pubTextListItemc, as controlled by any appTextListItemcable privacy settings. To change your privacy settings on the community please change your profile setting. Subject to your profile and privacy settings. If you remove information that you posted to the community, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service in use, or if other Users have copied or saved that information;
With other members of the Community so that you can be “found”. When other members of the community attempt to “Find Friends” on the Service using their contact TextListItemst or address book, we will identify you as an existing member of the Service if your phone number is in your friend’s address book. Similarly, we will let you know which of your contacts in your address book are already members of the community based on the phone number associated with the member’s account;

To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password, using encryption and password manager.) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to your email communications from SOUNDBOKS, at all times. However, SOUNDBOKS cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to SOUNDBOKS or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. SOUNDBOKS is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.

SOUNDBOKS does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
