We process your personal data in the course of your purchase via our web shop for the purposes of payment, shipping and handling consecutive issues, especially when you want to return your SOUNDBOKS, cancel your order or claim a warranty by e-mail to info@SOUNDBOKS.com.

Therefore, SOUNDBOKS collects and stores your contact information, especially last name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and payment details.

For providing you with your purchase, handling your further, service-related requests and sending you service-related push notifications, the data processing is based on Article 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 (b) GDPR. Personal data in connection with purchases will be stored for up to ten years in accordance with statutory retention requirements.

The website of SOUNDBOKS allows you to provide us with feedback, ideas and suggestions by using a contact form or writing us an e-mail to info@SOUNDBOKS.com.

To do so, you may provide your name, phone number and email address, as well as the text of your inquiry and the purpose of your inquiry (career/media/events/general). Personal data transmitted to SOUNDBOKS in this connection will be used exclusively to process your inquiry.

E. Data Privacy when subscribing to our newsletter service and Promotion Mailings

On the website of SOUNDBOKS you may subscribe to our newsletter as well as to promotion e-mails and consent to processing of your personal data to the extent necessary for this purpose. We use your name, e-mail address and order history to send you individualized information on our latest products, campaigns and events. These newsletters and e-mails send to you also include tracking pixel in order to track which of them are opened and which links do recipients click.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 (a) in connection with Article 7 GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Moreover, your IP address and the date and time of subscription and e-mail verification will be collected. These data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of allowing us to reconstruct any possible misuse of your email address. The legal basis for pro-cessing of the aforementioned data is Article 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 (f) of the GDPR.

We will store your personal data as long as you stay subscribed and delete your data within 12 months after your withdrawal latest.


F. Data privacy when applying for a job on our website

Our website allows you to apply for a job online at our Career Hub DK by using an application form.


I. What personal data will be processed?

II. For what purposes and on what legal basis will SOUNDBOKS process my personal data?

If you choose to apply for a position at SOUNDBOKS online using our website, we will process your data to the extent necessary for processing your application. The legal basis for such processing is Article 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 (b) GDPR.

If your application does not result in a job offer right away, then we would like to continue processing your data after the application process has been completed in order to notify you of future job openings and events at SOUNDBOKS that match your profile, and to send you information about current developments at SOUNDBOKS. We will process your data after the application process has been completed only with your express consent (Article 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 (a) GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Your refusal or revocation of consent will have no impact on the processing of your application. However, without your consent, we will unfortunately not be able to contact you with regard to future job openings or events or to send you information about current developments at SOUNDBOKS.



III. How long will my personal data be stored?

If an application does not result in employment at SOUNDBOKS, personal data collected through the application form or otherwise for purposes of a job application will be further processed for evidentiary purposes for a maximum time period of three years after the application process has ended and thereafter will be erased or rendered anonymous.

If you have consented to the processing of your personal data so we can stay in touch with you and send you information, then your personal data that are stored for these purposes will be erased after a maximum time period of five years.


G. Who does SOUNDBOKS share my personal data with?

We may share your data with our service providers, marketing partners, vendors and other third parties as specified in the following paragraphs.

In the case our partners are not based within the European Union, we make sure that your personal data is still adequately protected. When we transfer your data to so-called third countries, we do this either on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission affirming that the level of data protection in the recipient state is comparable to the GDPR, or we and our partners conclude so-called Standard Contractual Clauses stipulating such a level of protection.
