RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

SOUNDBOKS offers a 30-day money back guarantee. Please note that you have to cover the delivery costs upon return of the item. Sadly, the delivery costs are not refundable. If you wish to return your SOUNDBOKS, please make sure to send it back in its original condition and include all of the items shipped to you (SOUNDBOKS, CHARGER, BATTERYBOKS, AUX-Cable, user manual). While SOUNDBOKS does not have a restocking fee, you may experience a deduction on your refund for the following reasons:

 

Damages, scratches and dents

If we discover any signs of scratches, marks, or visual damage upon the return of your item, we will deduct up to 25% of the product price. In some cases, a refund will not be granted if the SOUNDBOKS has been modified internally (top hat, wheels, GPS, etc) or externally (stickers, paint, etc.) or if the item is considerably damaged.

 

Missing Items

If any items are missing, you are responsible for the full retail cost of the item. If you received any free accessories as a part of a promotional campaign, you are required to send all of them back in order to receive the full refund.

 HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

In order for us to proceed with the refund as soon as possible, please send an email containing your order number toinfo@soundboks.com where our Customer Support will guide you through the process.

 HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can submit a request to cancel your order within 24 hours. Please note that your request may not be approved if your order has already been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support at info@soundboks.com. If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order has been shipped.

 WHEN WILL MY CREDIT APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD?

Your refund credit will appear on your card approximately 7-10 business days after the cancellation.

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

WARRANTY

The SOUNDBOKS is covered by a two-year limited consumer warranty, issued by SOUNDBOKS ApS. The warranty is issued to the customer who buys a new SOUNDBOKS directly from SOUNDBOKS ApS. This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user. Any SOUNDBOKS bought by official retailers have their own warranty issued by this external retailer.

SOUNDBOKS warrants to the customer that the device will under normal use function substantially in accordance with SOUNDBOKS' technical specifications or accompanying product documentation for a period of two years from the date of the original purchase.

The limited 2 year warranty will be voided if the purchaser rents a SOUNDBOKS product to a third party user and damages are incurred during third party use.

 REPAIR

The two-year limited consumer warranty starts from the day the Consumer receives the SOUNDBOKS. This warranty only covers repairs that need to be performed due to manufacturing errors and/or damage occurred during transport. SOUNDBOKS does not cover repairs needed due to hazardous use or excessive handling of the SOUNDBOKS by the customer.
