The only way to experience a SOUNDBOKS is to, well, experience a SOUNDBOKS. So, we decided to let everyone try the SOUNBOKS 2 for up to 30 days, and the New SOUNDBOKS for up to 100 days.

So turn it up, pick it up, take it out, party down, or live it up with a SOUNDBOKS. Send it back for free if your neighbors can’t handle it. Or any other reason.

Listen, we know people do crazy things with their SOUNDBOKS, but since we’re being so nice and all we ask that you respect the speakers and keep them dry, dent-free and entirely intact. Unless you secretly want to keep it, which you probably do.


How do SOUNDBOKS Returns work?

Our return policy for SOUNDBOKS speakers allows for returns for up to 30 days for the SOUNDBOKS 2, and for up to 100 days on The New SOUNDBOKS. Go out there and try your SOUNDBOKS at 11, and if you aren’t completely satisfied, the return will be completely free: No shipping fees and no restocking fees. Your original form of payment will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.**

**Exceptions: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of speakers that have been modified in anyway (including adding stickers, or customizing the grill) or that are damaged beyond normal wear and tear**. In order for a full refund to be granted, all items need to be returned (SOUNDBOKS, BATTERYBOKS, Charger, including promotional items).

**If there are any functional issues with the SOUNDBOKS, you will receive a full refund within 100 days.

**Normal wear and tear means that all mechanical components are completely functional, but can have cosmetic damage. Beyond normal wear and tear is when there is significant damage to the speaker (angles or corners are off, holes in the cabinet, volume knob missing, buttons destroyed, grill completely bent inwards)

While we suggest returning the SOUNDBOKS in its original packaging, there will be no charge if the SOUNDBOKS is returned without its original packaging or without the welcome booklet. But please return your SOUNDBOKS with care to avoid damage while shipping.

If any items are missing from the box, you will be charged the full retail price for the missing items.

How do accessory returns work?

If you have purchased any SOUNDBOKS Accessories a 100 day return policy applies, and all items need to be returned in their original packaging in new condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns of items not in new condition.

How do I request a refund?

In order for us to proceed with the refund as soon as possible, please send an email containing your order number to where our Customer Support will guide you through the process.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?

Your refund credit will appear on your card approximately 7-10 business days after return is processed.



The SOUNDBOKS is covered by a two-year limited consumer warranty, issued by SOUNDBOKS ApS. The warranty is issued to the customer who buys a new SOUNDBOKS directly from SOUNDBOKS ApS. This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user. Any SOUNDBOKS bought by official retailers have their own warranty issued by this external retailer.

SOUNDBOKS warrants to the customer that the device will under normal use function substantially in accordance with SOUNDBOKS' technical specifications or accompanying product documentation for a period of two years from the date of the original purchase.

The limited 2 year warranty will be voided if the purchaser rents a SOUNDBOKS product to a third party user and damages are incurred during third party use.


The two-year limited consumer warranty starts from the day the Consumer receives the SOUNDBOKS. This warranty only covers repairs that need to be performed due to manufacturing errors and/or damage occurred during transport. SOUNDBOKS does not cover repairs needed due to hazardous use or excessive handling of the SOUNDBOKS by the customer.
